In the unlikely event that you wish to return your items, please contact us first to discuss the situation.

If the items are returned in their original, unused condition, we will either issue a refund for the amount you paid or offer a replacement product of similar value, depending on your preference. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return postage, as well as our original shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or partially used.

We kindly ask that you notify us before returning any products. For your protection, we strongly recommend using recorded or tracked delivery when sending returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
